Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate AI podcasts. Each podcast costs 4-25 credits depending on format (monologue or dialogue) and duration (1, 3, or 5 minutes). Pro subscribers receive monthly credits automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Pody > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Pody > Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data.

Why is my podcast generation failing?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. Generation requires an active connection throughout the process.

Can I listen offline?

Currently, Pody requires an internet connection for playback. Offline listening is planned for a future update.
